This private guided day takes place in Eryri National Park, following the legendary Snowdon Horseshoe, a route that traverses Crib Goch, Garnedd Ugain, Snowdon summit, and Y Lliwedd. Crib Goch is a Grade 1 scramble known for its exposure, airy sections, and breathtaking views.

We’ll meet early in the morning (exact time and meeting point confirmed after booking) to make the most of the day and favourable conditions. After a kit check and safety briefing, we’ll begin the ascent towards Crib Goch, taking our time to move steadily and confidently along the ridge. The focus is on safety, building trust in your body, and fully experiencing the moment.

The day typically lasts 8-9 hours, depending on the group’s pace, weather, and conditions. Regular breaks are built in to rest, refuel, and take in the views. Once across the ridge and after summiting Snowdon and Y Lliwedd, we’ll descend safely back to the start point via the Miners’ Track.

This experience is best suited to those with a good level of fitness and a head for heights. Previous scrambling experience is helpful but not essential; however, it is imperative that you are comfortable on complex, steep terrain and have no issues with heights.
