Liability Waiver – Her Wild Adventures

Welcome to our Liability Waiver page. Please read carefully before participating in any hike or outdoor activity organized by Her Wild Adventures.
By participating in our activities, you agree to the terms outlined below. This page is also linked in our PAR-Q / Medical Declaration form, and your acknowledgment there confirms your agreement.
1. Acknowledgement of Risk
Hiking and outdoor activities involve inherent risks, including but not limited to:
Slips, trips, and falls
Uneven or steep terrain
Weather changes, including rain, snow, heat, and wind
Physical exertion and fatigue
Encounters with wildlife
Remote locations and limited access to emergency services
By participating, you voluntarily accept these risks.
2. Release of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release Her Wild Adventures, its owners, employees, agents, and contractors from all liability for:
Injury, illness, or death
Loss or damage to personal property
Any other loss, damage, or expense arising from participation
except where liability cannot be excluded by law.
3. Personal Responsibility
Participants agree to:
Follow instructions from the hike leader at all times
Wear appropriate clothing and footwear
Carry required equipment and supplies
Disclose any medical conditions, injuries, or limitations that may affect participation
4. Insurance
Participants are responsible for their own personal insurance, including travel, medical, and accident coverage. Her Wild Adventures holds public liability insurance.
5. Removal from Activity
The hike leader may remove a participant if fitness, behavior, or equipment presents a risk. No refund will be issued for early removal.

In case of conflict, the Terms & Conditions prevail regarding participation, safety, and liability.
