3. Bookings and Payments

All bookings are subject to availability and acceptance by us.

A booking is only confirmed once payment (or deposit, where applicable) has been received and confirmation has been issued.

Prices are listed in GBP unless otherwise stated and may change at any time.

Payment plans, if offered, must be adhered to strictly. Failure to complete payments may result in cancellation without refund.
4. Cancellation and Refund Policy
4.1 Participant Cancellation

Cancellation terms will be clearly stated at the time of booking.

Deposits are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise.

No refunds will be given for non-attendance, early departure, or failure to complete an activity.
4.2 Cancellation by Us
We reserve the right to cancel or alter an activity due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to weather conditions, safety concerns, illness, minimum numbers not being met, or unforeseen events. In such cases, we will offer either:

A rescheduled date, or

A refund excluding any non-recoverable costs already incurred.
5. Health, Fitness, and Responsibility
By booking, you confirm that:

You are physically and mentally fit enough to participate in the activity booked.

You have disclosed any relevant medical conditions, injuries, allergies, medications, or mental health considerations prior to the activity.

You understand that hiking is physically demanding and may involve uneven terrain, steep ascents and descents, exposure to weather, and remote locations.
You accept full responsibility for your own health, wellbeing, and personal limits during activities.
6. Assumption of Risk
You acknowledge that outdoor activities carry inherent risks, including but not limited to slips, trips, falls, injury, illness, adverse weather, wildlife encounters, and accidents.
By participating, you voluntarily assume all such risks and agree that Her Wild Adventures shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, damage, or expense arising from participation, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:

We shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or economic loss.

Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the activity in question.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.
8. Insurance

We hold appropriate public liability insurance for our activities.

Participants are strongly advised to obtain their own personal insurance, including travel insurance for overseas trips, covering hiking activities, medical expenses, cancellation, and personal belongings.
9. Behaviour and Safety

You agree to follow all instructions given by guides and leaders at all times.

We reserve the right to remove any participant whose behaviour is unsafe, disruptive, or detrimental to the group, without refund.

Alcohol, drugs, or reckless behaviour during activities will not be tolerated.
10. Equipment and Clothing
You are responsible for bringing suitable clothing, footwear, and equipment as specified in the pre-activity information. Failure to do so may result in exclusion from the activity without refund for safety reasons.
11. Coaching and Wellbeing Disclaimer
Any reflective, coaching-style, or wellbeing-related elements offered are not therapy, counselling, or medical treatment. We do not diagnose, treat, or cure mental health conditions.
Participation is voluntary, and you remain responsible for your own emotional and psychological wellbeing. If you require therapeutic or medical support, please seek a qualified professional.
12. Photos, Video, and Marketing
We may take photographs or videos during activities for promotional purposes. By participating, you consent to the use of such images unless you notify us in writing prior to the activity.
