This is a monthly, one-hour journaling session held over Zoom, created for women who are navigating the aftermath of narcissistic relationships. It’s a safe, supportive space designed to help you reflect, process, and reconnect with your true self through the power of guided journaling.

Each session focuses on a specific theme ranging from setting boundaries to rediscovering joy and provides gentle, thought-provoking prompts to guide your healing journey. Whether you’re new to journaling or have been writing for years, these sessions offer a unique opportunity to explore your emotions, gain clarity, and take meaningful steps forward.

A private and safe space

Each session provides a quiet, judgment-free environment where you can explore your thoughts and feelings at your own pace. Participants share privately in the chat, and I offer guidance and reflections, creating support without pressure to interact directly.

Explore your own dynamics

Through structured prompts and gentle guidance, you’ll be invited to explore your own patterns and understand what’s happening to you, gaining clarity and insight into your experiences and emotions.

Exploring Anxious & Disorganised Attachment

We’ll gently explore the ways our nervous system learned to relate to love through anxiety, unpredictability, or fear. These attachment patterns were born from survival, not weakness. We will untangle the fear of losing love from the truth of who we are, and beginning to imagine relationships that feel calm, secure, and safe to stay in.

Awareness & patterns

We’ll gently explore the patterns that shaped how we show up in relationships, the ways our nervous system learned to survive through people-pleasing, withdrawal, or hyper-vigilance. These patterns were born from survival, not flaw. Together, we will begin to notice how these dynamics show up today, untangle fear from our true needs, and start imagining relationships where we feel seen, steady, and safe to be ourselves.
