Who are these for?
How do the trips work?
Each trip is designed to blend challenge, joy, and personal growth. We hike at a steady, supportive pace, with plenty of breaks for grounding, reflection, and taking in the views. You’ll never be pushed beyond your limits-but you will be gently encouraged to step into your courage.
Not at all. My trips welcome women of all abilities. Whether you're new to hiking or already confident on the trails, I’ll support you with clear guidance, safety-focused decision-making, and coaching that meets you exactly where you are.
Each experience varies, but typically includes guided hikes, professional mountain safety, emotional support from trauma-informed coaching, accommodation (for multi-day trips), and group connection activities. Full details are always provided before booking.
I keep group sizes small to make sure every woman feels seen, supported, and safe. smaller groups also allow us to move at a comfortable pace and create deeper, more meaningful connections.
Absolutely. Many women join my trips during times of change or healing. My approach blends adventure with grounded emotional support, and you’ll always be met with compassion-not pressure. You’re free to talk, stay quiet, reflect, or simply enjoy the mountains at your own rhythm.
