Ready to Break
The Trauma Bond?
A self-paced mini course for women who know the relationship is hurting them but still can't seem to walk away emotionally.
You know the relationship isn’t healthy. You know you deserve more. You know you should move on.
So why does letting go still feel impossible?
Because trauma bonds aren’t broken through logic alone. This course will help you understand what’s happening beneath the surface and show you how to start reclaiming your life.
A Trauma Bond isn't love,
It's Conditioning
It isn’t a sign you’ve met “the one,” and it isn’t proof that you’re meant to keep going back.
It’s a set of survival responses your nervous system learned in a relationship that felt unpredictable, where connection and pain became intertwined, and where you started to associate love with relief after distress.
Over time, that cycle can quietly shape how you think, feel, and respond: the overthinking, the longing, the self-doubt, the pull back even when you’ve decided to leave.
But a trauma bond isn’t who you are. It’s a pattern your system has learned to rely on in the absence of safety.
And because it’s learned, it can be unlearned.
You can learn a different way of relating, one where your nervous system feels steadier, where your choices come from clarity rather than fear, and where you no longer abandon yourself to keep a connection alive.
WHERE YOU STOP SURVIVING LOVE… AND START EXPERIENCING IT IN A WAY THAT FEELS SAFE, STEADY, AND TRULY YOURS.
You Know The Relationship isn't Healthy...
So Why can't You Leave?
You know the relationship isn’t healthy.
You know they’ve hurt you.
You know you’ve spent too much time waiting for them to change.
And yet…
You still think about them.
You still miss them.
You still wonder if things could have been different.
Part of you wants to move forward, while another part keeps looking back.
You tell yourself you’re done, only to find yourself checking their social media, replaying old conversations, or imagining what you would say if they reached out.
It’s exhausting.
Not just because of the relationship itself, but because you’re constantly at war with yourself.
You don’t understand why you can’t simply let go.
You start questioning your strength, your intelligence, and even your sanity.
Everyone else seems to think the answer is obvious:
“Just move on.”
But if it were that simple, you would have done it already.
The truth is, you’re not dealing with a lack of willpower.
You’re dealing with a trauma bond.
And until you understand how that bond was created, you’ll continue blaming yourself for something that’s happening at a much deeper level.
DECEMBER MONTHLY THEME
Exploring Anxious & Disorganised Attachment
We’ll gently explore the ways our nervous system learned to relate to love through anxiety, unpredictability, or fear. These attachment patterns were born from survival, not weakness. We will untangle the fear of losing love from the truth of who we are, and beginning to imagine relationships that feel calm, secure, and safe to stay in.
JANUARY MONTHLY THEME
Awareness & patterns
We’ll gently explore the patterns that shaped how we show up in relationships, the ways our nervous system learned to survive through people-pleasing, withdrawal, or hyper-vigilance. These patterns were born from survival, not flaw. Together, we will begin to notice how these dynamics show up today, untangle fear from our true needs, and start imagining relationships where we feel seen, steady, and safe to be ourselves.
